## Check-in
The lobby is clean and classy, check-in was quick, and the staff were polite. **One catch:** you get **only one key card**, and it controls lift access. That's fine for a couple, but plan around it if you're a bigger group.

## The 2BHK suite
We booked a **2BHK on the 43rd floor**:
- A **spacious living room** and a **full kitchen**, handy when travelling with family.
- The best part: **floor-to-ceiling windows** with an insane city view. You can see the **Petronas Twin Towers** from the room.

## The rooftop infinity pool
The highlight of the property. An **L-shaped pool** with views of **KL Tower and the Petronas Towers**. It's good for a swim, and if you want an Instagram-worthy spot, put it on your list.

## Location
Everything is close: **Bukit Bintang** malls, Petronas Towers, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. A **monorail station** is also very close by.

**Verdict:** if you want a luxury-feel stay with stunning views at an apartment price, it's a solid choice.

## FAQs

**Is Platinum Suites good for families?**
Yes. A 2BHK has a spacious living room and a full kitchen, which worked well for our family.

**How many key cards do you get?**
Only one, which also controls lift access. That's manageable for two people travelling together, less so for bigger groups.
