Cancellations & refunds

Consultation calls

• Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your slot. Reply to your confirmation email.
• Cancel 24+ hours before your slot for a full refund to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds usually reach you in 5–7 working days.
• Less than 24 hours before, or if you miss the call, the booking is non-refundable, but we'll do our best to find you another slot.
• If we need to cancel, you get a full refund or a new slot, your choice.
• Custom itineraries: once we've started building your plan, we refund the call portion only.

Digital products (itinerary packs, guides, templates)

• You get instant access after payment, so digital products can't be refunded once opened or downloaded. You confirm this at checkout.
• If you paid but never received access, or were charged twice, email us and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
• If a file is broken or doesn't match its description, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
• Your access link is personal; please don't share it.

Bookings on partner sites

Hotels, tours and tickets booked through Agoda, Klook, 12Go or Trip.com are contracts with those companies. Their cancellation and refund rules apply, and they handle any changes.
